A user experience workshop has been organised by New Entrepreneur Foundation (myNEF) at Oasis Discover Centre at Petaling Jaya Selangor Malaysia. The objective of this workshop is to improve user experience for Serv an automative service company.
Amongst discussed items were such as business core, business model, user personas, user journey, summary of the workshop and next direction.
The workshop is led by Ms Linda, and participants from Serv and also academician Azrina, Chui Yin, and Shamsul from myHCI-UX.
Overall, it was a fruitful discussion and sharing knowledge between industry and academicians and facilitating the stakeholders is a very interesting experience.
